Where movement
meets longevity.

Three clients to a session. Two movement systems. One studio, built for the decades ahead.

Vision

DELTA 63 takes its name from the WHO's concept of healthy life expectancy (HALE)—the number of years we can expect to live in full health. It is a small but important distinction- longevity is not simply about living longer, it is about living well for longer.

We believe movement is one of the most powerful tools we have to influence how we age. DELTA 63 brings together evidence-informed movement, thoughtful assessment and personalised progression to help people develop the strength, mobility, balance and resilience they need for the years ahead—so they can move better, live longer and healthier lives, and thrive in every part of life.

Founder Story

DELTA 63 began with a personal shift.

After nearly two decades as a corporate leader in the pharmaceutical and consumer healthcare industries, I developed a deep respect for science, evidence and the discipline of continuous improvement. But outside of work, movement had quietly become something else entirely—not a metric to optimise, but a practice to return to.

I have practised Ashtanga yoga for almost twenty years, then came Pilates and GYROTONIC®, and with them a growing curiosity about how we stay capable as we age.

That question became a calling.

I had two sons in my late thirties. Carrying them, recovering, raising them taught me to listen to my body in ways my career never had. That discipline of paying attention is a large part of why I could do the things I want to do today.

I am building a movement studio along the Singapore River. I chose this space not simply for its beauty, but for what it represents. Structures built with care endure. The river outside never stops moving. Neither should we.
